Position: Shuttle bus driver

Location: Wenatchee, WA

Pay: $15/hour

AdventureWenatchee is a company committed to fostering, promoting, and growing outdoor recreation in the greater Wenatchee Valley. We do this by offering shuttle services for adventure sports, by helping groups and businesses with market research, and by hosting and publicizing events.

We are seeking a driver for our 20-passenger bus to provide shuttle service to and from popular mountain biking trailheads and destinations in the Wenatchee Valley. Initially, hours for this position will be Saturday and Sunday from 7am-2pm, and from mid-June through mid-September, 2017.

Job Description:

As a shuttle bus driver for AdventureWenatchee, you will:

  • Shuttle guests to and from area trailheads and cycling destinations using AdventureWenatchee’s 20-passenger bus
  • Load mountain bikes onto bike racks inside bus
  • Maintain a strict schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer outdoor-recreation related questions about this area; some training will be provided
  • Ensure passenger safety at all times

Job Qualifications:

The right candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • Experience operating a small passenger bus
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license
  • Current vehicle insurance
  • Familiarity with the Wenatchee Valley

The successful candidate will need to pass a Washington State Patrol background check.
